Patch test are a REQUIREMENT at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.

-40% NON REFUNDABLE  deposits will be taken at patch test/ consultation appointments, these are moveable within reason, if you reschedule before the 24hr cancellation period. If you do not pay deposit appointment will not be made.

- If you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs to your appointment you will be charged a further 50% of services booked of missed/cancellation/rescheduled appointment time.
