Every great transformation starts with a personalised consultation.
To ensure the safest and best possible results, all new colour clients are required to attend a consultation and patch test at least 24 hours before their appointment. For major colour transformations, a strand test may also be recommended so we can accurately plan your service and achieve your desired result while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair.

Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a 40% non-refundable booking fee is required.
Your booking fee can be transferred if you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited and may incur additional cancellation fees in accordance with our salon policy.
