Patch Test are a requirement with booking in, must be done at least 24 hrs prior to appointment. This way we can plan ahead and make sure we know you don't have any reactions to the colour. We will take a strand test if it is a major transformation just so we can prepare with the work ahead and have our consultation so on the day there is no time wasted in getting exactly what you desire!

At this appointment we take a 40% NON REFUNDABLE appointment to secure your spot. This can be moved within reason, IF it is reason, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled before the 24 hr cancellation period. Otherwise this deposit will be forfeited  along with a further 50% of booked service appointment and a new deposit will be paid for any future appointment.
