Vault Ninety One is the newest bespoke salon to Cairns, FNQ, Australia. 

Specialising in Creative colouring and Uniques Cutting styles customised to you. 

We take pride in giving you the perfect style, using nothing but the latest trends that suit you and your personality like it's your soulmate. 

We take you through an in depth consultation at the start of your hair journey to find out exactly what you want, need and how you style your hair at home. 

• Patch test are a REQUIREMENT at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment for new clients or if you haven't visited the salon for 6 months or more.
• 40% NON REFUNDABLE deposits will be taken at patch test/ consultation appointments, these are moveable within reason, IF you contact us before the 24hr cancellation period. Otherwise deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be taken for next appointment. 
• If you cancel or reschedule within 24hr cancellation period to your appointment you will be charged a further 50% of services booked of missed/cancellation/rescheduled appointment time.

Vault Ninety One is a child free zone. We wish to respect all customers, clients, visitors that walk through the doors of the Vault. It is a place to come relax, unwind and disconnect from the outside world. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to organise a child-free period and sometimes it is hard. So if your child can sit in silence for the entirety of your service than we will allow it. Otherwise we will have to reschedule your appointment to a day that suits you and your stylist. 

We have some stylist who don't accompany for services for children nor do we offer children's pricing. For the occasions for clients ages 12 - 16, parental permission and supervision is a MUST at the Patch Test and Consultation appointment and if needed - at the service appointment. 

A parent or guardian must sign off on what has been discussed with the stylist and client. We wish to make sure that our clients receive the hair that they dream of, along with full communication of costs and expectations of timing and result for the parent or guardian involved. Whether the client pays for it themselves or not. 

We understand how hard it is to get your point across of how you want your hair exactly and sometimes things get lost in translation. This is why take our consultation appointments so seriously. So please don't hesitate to let us know if there are any changes you wish to make to your hairstyle, please let us know within a week of your service and it's on us!  We want you loving your hair as much as possible!
